Shredded Chicken Cuban Slider

Makes about 15 sliders
1.5 cups of crockpot shredded chicken (click to see recipe)
15 bread and butter pickle slices
4 slices of reduced fat Swiss cheese cut each slice into 4 squares
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
8 slices of lean deli turkey cut each slice in half
15 King Hawaiian rolls (slider size)
- Spread a thin layer of yellow mustard on the bottom halves of each slider roll.
- Place a half a slice of deli turkey, top with shredded chicken, Swiss cheese, and pickle in that order.
- Top with top half of slider roll. Serve warm.
