Roasted Butternut Squash

Use this recipe in our Roasted Butternut Squash Soup.

 

Ingredients:

5-6 cups butternut squash, peeled and evenly chopped

Pinch salt and pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Place butternut squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over squash.

  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until squash is tender.
